3. Products and Product Descriptions

All products sold by Express Gadgets Limited are refurbished items. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and condition grading shown on our website are accurate.

Cosmetic condition is described in accordance with our Product Condition Guide, which sets out our six tier grading system from New through to our Stallone grade. Please refer to this guide for a full explanation of what each condition grade means before placing your order.

All products are professionally tested and verified to be in full working order before dispatch, unless a specific fault or limitation is disclosed on the individual product listing.

Images shown on our website are for illustrative purposes. As our products are refurbished and individually graded, the exact item you receive may show variations in cosmetic condition consistent with the grade selected, even where it differs slightly in appearance from the image shown.

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure prices and product availability shown on our website are accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or availability error after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will be given the choice to proceed with the order at the correct price, or to cancel your order for a full refund.

We reserve the right to change prices on our website at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the item or items in your basket. A contract between you and Express Gadgets Limited is formed once we send you an order confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or both.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, for example where an item is no longer available, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at checkout, including your name, delivery address, and contact details, is accurate and complete. Express Gadgets Limited is not responsible for delays or delivery issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
