6 Months Warranty. Every Device. No Exceptions.

Every refurbished device we sell comes with a 6 month Seller Service Warranty as standard, included free with every order. No registration required, no hidden terms. If something genuinely goes wrong with your device that is not your fault, we will put it right.

Your Refund Rights Come First

Before our warranty applies, you are also covered by your right to return your device for a refund. You have a 14 day statutory cancellation right under UK law, and we extend this further with our own 30 day return window. Within these periods, you can return your device for a refund rather than just a repair or replacement, provided the device is returned in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase.

If the device has been damaged or its condition has changed since purchase, a deduction may apply, or in cases of severe or unrecoverable damage, a £0 refund may apply, as set out in full in our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy. Our 6 month warranty, covered on this page, applies after this initial period and for the full 6 months from your purchase date, covering repair or replacement of genuine faults. For full details on cancelling an order, returning it for a refund, and how item condition affects your refund, see our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our 6 month warranty covers genuine hardware faults that were not caused by you and were not present or disclosed at the time you bought the device. This includes faults that develop during normal, everyday use within the warranty period, and manufacturing or pre existing defects that only become apparent once you start using the device.

In short, if your device develops a real fault through no fault of your own, you are covered.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty is there to protect you against genuine faults, not against accidents or wear and tear. The following are not covered:

  • Physical damage, screen damage, liquid damage, or fire damage caused after delivery
  • Accidental damage of any kind
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling
  • Damage caused by unauthorised or third party repairs
  • Cosmetic wear that does not affect how the device works
  • Software issues, viruses, jailbreaking, or unauthorised modifications
  • Normal wear and tear, including gradual battery degradation through everyday use

Device Condition and Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, the fault itself must be genuine and not caused by damage, misuse, or accidental harm to the device. Where the device has additional cosmetic wear, scratches, or marks unrelated to the fault being claimed, this does not on its own prevent a valid warranty claim for that fault.

However, if a repair is not possible and a replacement is provided, the replacement will reflect the condition of the device at the time it was sent in for the claim, including any cosmetic wear present, rather than the condition it was in when originally purchased. This will not always be the case. Where any cosmetic degradation is minor, we will aim to provide a replacement in the same condition as your original purchase. Where the degradation is more significant, the replacement provided may reflect the condition the device was in when it was sent in for the claim.

How Our Warranty Works

If a covered fault occurs, our approach is simple and follows the order set out under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

Step 1

Repair

We will always try to repair your device first.

Step 2

Replace

If a repair is not possible, we will replace the device with one of equivalent specification and condition.

Please note that our warranty covers repair or replacement only. Refunds are only available within our 30 day return window, which is separate from the 6 month warranty. Full details of the 30 day return window are in our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

Burden of Proof

Under Section 19 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, for faults reported within the first 6 months from purchase, the fault is presumed to have been present at the time of delivery unless we can demonstrate otherwise. We may carry out a technical assessment to check whether a fault is genuine or was caused after delivery, and we will always let you know the outcome.

Agreed Specification Changes

In some cases, if the exact item or specification you ordered is not available, we may contact you by email before dispatch to offer an alternative, such as a higher or lower specification device, with or without an adjustment to the price. We will only proceed with this if you have given your clear agreement to the change by email before your order is dispatched.

Where you have agreed to receive a different specification or item to the one originally ordered, this will not be treated as a fault, and you will not be able to make a warranty or fault claim on the basis that the item differs from your original order. Our warranty and fault cover applies to the item as agreed and dispatched, not the item as originally selected before any agreed change.

We will contact you by email to confirm any proposed specification change and request your agreement before dispatch. We will keep a copy of this email exchange as a written record of your consent to the change.

Faulty Accessories

If an accessory included with your order develops a fault, contact us first. In many cases, with photo or video proof of the issue, we can send a replacement straight away without needing the original item back. For higher value accessories, or where inspection is needed, we may ask you to return the faulty accessory for assessment.

Within 30 days of purchase, a partial refund may be available by agreement, or you can return the full item for a complete refund. After 30 days, accessory faults are covered by repair or replacement under this warranty rather than a refund.

For full details on returns relating to faulty accessories, including return postage and how any partial refund is calculated, please see our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact us before returning anything. We will talk you through what happens next and confirm the best way to proceed.

When you contact us, please have ready:

  • Your order number
  • Your name and address used at the time of purchase
  • A description of the fault
  • Photos or video of the issue, where possible

Before returning any device, please remove your iCloud, Google, or Microsoft account and any security locks. This is not mandatory for warranty repairs, but it does help us inspect and repair your device faster. If you are unable to do this because of the fault itself, just let us know and we will guide you through it.

Return Postage for Warranty Claims

For warranty claims made after the first 30 days, return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked postal service such as Royal Mail Tracked 24, and please keep your proof of postage.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common warranty questions. For full legal terms, see our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

How long is the warranty?

6 months from the date of purchase, included free with every device we sell.

Do I need to register my warranty?

No. It is automatically included with your purchase. There is nothing to register or activate.

Will I get a refund if my device develops a fault?

Refunds are only available within our 30 day return window. After that, our warranty covers repair or replacement, not a refund.

Does the warranty cover a cracked screen?

No. Screen damage, liquid damage, and accidental damage are not covered. The warranty covers genuine hardware faults, not damage caused after delivery.

Do I need to remove my iCloud account before sending my device in for repair?

It is not mandatory for warranty repairs, but it is strongly recommended as it helps us inspect and fix your device more quickly.

What if my accessory stops working?

Contact us first. Often we can send a replacement with photo proof, no return needed. After 30 days, faulty accessories are covered by repair or replacement under warranty.

Who pays for return postage on a warranty claim?

For claims made after the first 30 days, return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service.
